Bullcrap, there are many reasons for such a delay and that isn't one of them.i bet this kickback doesn't work yet, or does work but not on everything.
the other reason could be they don't want crapple to defeat the kickback method so there waiting for the iOS store to be well established enough to not have crapple pull everything and update its DRM.
